I don't think we'll ever buy a "normal" doormat again. I thought at first that the dirt trappers looked expensive, but they really aren't when you consider how well they do the job. Couple that with fast and efficient service and it gives a product and a company that I'd recommend to anyone.

Dirt Trapper arrived within a couple of days of ordering. No previous experience of these doormats but so far so good ! Am impressed that they stay where they're put - a first for us - and look forward to seeing how they perform in wet weather and when washed.

My only reservation is that you do not offer bigger sizes as standard. With two cocker spaniels mine needs to be longer to absorb all the water

We found our first one so good that we bought a second , but bigger for the other door.
I bought this after my hall carpet had to be replaced in a year due to the muck the dog brought in. I got a new carpet fitted and there isn't a mark on it because the dirt trapper gets it first. Great Product well worth buying

Could I just say I am amazed at the service I have received. I ordered this mat on the 23rd December 09 and received it on Christmas eve! I was so surprised and pleased! So far, I must say the mat has been excellent. I have it placed inside at my kitchen doorway. I haven't washed it yet but it certainly has made a big difference to my kitchen floor - no more muddy footmarks! I would definitely recommend this and I would certainly buy another one. Really great product, colour perfect (Dad's choice, always right)... have to discourage the kids from laying on it to "sleep" in play; the pile has a nice soft feel.

I have used dirt trappers for years and in my opinion there is no other product that comes close, I have tried cheaper rugs but you only get what you pay for. The service and value for money is great and with free postage even better. I have used this site several times and would highly recommend it.
The mats have totally lived up to expectations. I have 2 dogs and a front door that leads straight into my kitchen and the mats have removed dirt from both feet and paws! I have no experience of any other dirt trapping mat, but would highly recommend this product.
Having moved house I needed an additional mat for the front door which opens onto carpet. I cannot praise these mats enough, the amount of grit, dirt and mud they trap is incredible. They wash and tumble dry easily too. I am now considering ordering a custom size. Thanks!
Fast delivery. I bought 2 for the front and kitchen doors and although they do get incredibly soggy in the heavy rain, they still do lift mud and grit off shoes. Good in conjunction with dirt trappers over the threshold. Just got to get the hounds to learn to 'actively' wipe their feet now!

Keeps my kitchen floor MUCH cleaner than before - dog runs across it and the mud really does get trapped - just like the advert!! Great value!!
It's great but it's not the colour I was after so I must have ordered incorrectly. It would be even better if you could get bigger ones as it's great for your feet but I wheel a double buggy into my house every day in the winter and it would be good to catch the mud off the wheels
Got these mats to help with the dirt the dog brings in. I am very please with them, they stay where you put them and the house has stayed much cleaner.

This is the second mat I have bought. They are very effective at absorbing wet from shoes. Excellent. Doesn't slip on vinyl floor.

Two Dirt Trapper doormats purchased as a lower cost alternative to another brand at a leading department store. Dirt trapper also offered a wider range of colours. Delivery was especially prompt and products of excellent quality with performance as claimed. Indistinguishable, so far as I can see at the moment, from more expensive alternatives.

Agree with everything said on previous reviews. My only problem was with colour as I ordered black/brown, expecting it be more much darker, but I can live with it! Perhaps you could manufacture one in black in the future?

I have been buying Turtle mats for many years as I have 4 dogs-and have been very happy with them. I have to say, the Dirt Trapper is a BETTER product all round-excellent quality, good coloour range and it works. The Dirt Trapper is in a site office and is eating up the dirt from big work boots and looks great too. I shall now replace my Turtles with Dirt Trappers instead.
Very happy with my runner mat thank you! Had small door mat previously so knew they were great but decided to get larger size to further protect new laminate, now using smaller size under dog's food & water bowls and its so much better than anything else I've used. Also super quick delivery - many thanks - have recommended you to 3 friends already!

Mat is a really good dirt trap - my only quibble is that it does move around a little on the carpet as the cats go in and out of the cat flap. I did buy the version for carpets. However, movement is small and it is only a small quibble.

I have two Turtle Mats and this is just as good, if not better! The backing is slightly different which makes it even more non-slip. The dirt and mud just seem to disappear. Have been delighted with mat (used in horsebox, so imagine the mud!) - soaks up the mud and dirt no problem. Would recommend to my friends. Company efficient and quick FREE delivery!
